Shikwe b hazaron hain, shikayat b bohat hai,
is dil ko magar us se Mohabbat b bohat hai,
Aa jata hai milne wo tassawur main sar-e sham,
Ek shaks ki itni si inayat b bohat hai.
Ye b hai tamanna k usey dil se bhula dein.
Is dil ko magar us ki zaroorat b bohat hai.
Dekhein to zra pee k ye Zeher-e-Mohabat.
Kehte hain k is zeher main lazzat b
bohat hai.
