I have committed a sin to make you sad;

Now I realize, I had been pretty bad;

Please forgive me to lessen the grief;

Your forgiveness will be huge relief!

Always be the 1st to say 'Sorry' when the dear ones get hurt by you;

And be the 1st to forgive if the dear one says 'Sorry'!

My saying sorry to you may not mean a lot to you but it's an acceptance of the fact by me that you mean a life to me. And I care for our relationship.
