Zardari Postal Stamp

Pakistan Postal Services created a stamp with a picture of President [Zardari]
Problem was the stamp was not sticking to the envelops.

Mr president was enraged and furious about it and he ordered a formal full investigation by a commission.

After weeks of investigations and testing and spending 12 million rupees the commission forwarded following findings to Mr president.

1- there is nothing wrong with the stamps , they are ok as good as any.
2- People are spitting on the wrong side of the stamp...
