her roz warzish kerian yeh ap ki sehat ke liye bohat aham hain helki phulki si werzish se ap khud ko halka phulka mahsos keren gay aur ap ko sara din khud ko tandrost aur tawana lagen gay .
apne her lamhe ko jiyen:
khushi ke liye kisi khas waqt ka intazar nhe karna chahiye balkay apni zindagi ke her lamhe ko shukar guzari ke sath khushi ke sath guzarna seekhein.
khud ko bana sanwar ker rekhain:
ager ap apne ko khud achy lagenge tab hi doosron ko bhi lagenge sub se pehle ap ko apne uper apne liye hi mahnet kerna ho gi her roz subh ek nai umeed aur naye josh ke sath jagen aur khud per tawajjah dein saf suthra libas aur acha sa style yeh sub ap ke mood ko bhi bahtar kere ga aur ap khud ko bhi tero taza mahsos karenge.
maqasid:
apni zindagi mein her din har waqt ke khas maqasid terteeb dein kay ap ko kin se kia faida ho ga jo log apne maqasid tertaib nahe dete wo hamesha betarteebi ki waja se kashmakash ka shikar hi rehte hain.
mazak:
apni zindagi main mazak ko bhi shamil keren khud bhi khush rahen aur doosron ko bhi khush rekhen lakin yaad rekhian mazak hamesha aisa hona chahiye jo kisi ki dil azari na kere.
maaf kerna seekehn:
apne ander masbat rawaiya ko barhayen logo ko maaf kerna seekhaen purkhuloos dil ke sath logo ki galtion ko maaf keren takey ap ek halkay zahen ke sath apni subha ka aghaz ker saken.
deena seekhain:
shukar guzari ke stah aur purkhuloos dil ke sath logo ki madad keren un par ahsaan kiye bina un ki madad keren gay to ap ka dil bhekhush aur pur sakon rahe ga . khushiyan hamesha dene aur baantane se bherti hain .
Rishtay:
apne sare rishtay purkhuloos niyat ke sath nibhayen un main hamesha gunjaish rakhen un ki parwah keren aur unhen waqt tawajja aur aetmaad den .
yaqeen rakhen:
ap ka khud per yakeen hi ap ko ek kamyab aur khushi se bharpoor zindagi guzarne main madad de sakta hai khud per yakeen bohat zarori hai is ke bina na ap kamyabi hasil ker sakte hain na he agay barh sakte hain .
